During the time period from 1993 to 1997 he participated in the INDIANA UNIVERSITY BASKETBALL PROGRAM (NCAA , Division 1) with Bob Knight as a head coach, working on:

  • the method of use of the fundamental offensive principles of the University team, scouting through the use of a special graphic paradigm for recording the offense, which he developed.

As Associate Head Coach of the Greek National Basketball Men’s Team, he won:

  • 4th place at the European Championship for Men, in Spain, 1997.

  • 4th place at the World Championship for Men, in Athens, 1998.

As Head Coach of the Greek National Junior Men’s Basketball Team, he won:

  • 1st place at the Qualifying Games of the European Championship, which took place in Rhodes, in 2000.

  • 3rd place (Bronze medal) at the Final Games for Junior Men of the European Championship in Basketball, which took place in Zadar, Croatia, in the summer of 2000.

As Head Coach of the 2nd Greek Men’s National Mediterranean Basketball Team, he won:

  • 2nd place (Silver medal) at the Mediterranean Basketball Games, in Tunis, in 2001.

As Head Coach of the Greek National Basketball Junior Men’s Team, he won:

  • 2nd place at the Qualification Games of the European Junior Men’s Championship in Basketball, which took place in Edessa, in 2002.

  • 3rd place (Bronze medal) in the Finals of the European Junior Men’s Championship in Basketball, which took place in Stuttgart, Germany, in the summer of 2002.

As Head Coach of the Greek National Basketball Junior Men’s Team, he won:

  • 3rd place (Bronze medal) in the World Junior Men’s Championship in Basketball, which took place in Thessaloniki, in the summer of 2003.

As Head Coach of the Greek National Basketball Junior Men’s Team, he won:

  • 1st place at the Qualifying Games of the European Junior Men’s Championship in Basketball, in Slovenia, 2004.

  • 4th place at the Finals of the European Junior Men’s Championship in Basketball, in Brno of the Czech Republic, summer 2004. The 4th place resulted in qualifying for the World Junior Men’s Championship, which took place in Argentina.

He worked as the director of the Special Sports Development Project for young ages in Thessaly and Northern Greece, of the Greek Basketball Federation.
